Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to: social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and display advertising.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Manage social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing results.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition
Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to support product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across all digital channels to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Previous Experience working with Direct Marketing Agencies and Software firms are prioritized.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital marketing.
Experience with content writing is a plus.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable but not required.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to optimize website performance.
Perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
