Description
We are looking for an Operations Intern to join in our team who is dedicated to his work and coordinating all the operations related works in the company. Performing candidates shall be confirmed as permanent employee after the completion of 3-month internship
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage all the day to day administrative activities in the office.
• Liase with vendors and make purchases based on the requirements.
• Manage all the client billing activities and fund follow up.
• Working in coordination with Finance, HR and administration departments.
• Maintaining required data and sharing with the management based on requirement.
• Coordinate new office construction related activities.
• Prepare, maintain and track client agreements.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and client visits.
• Petty cash management.
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in a highly dynamic environment.

· Organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task, and meet schedules.
· Analytical skills to resolve problems and think creatively.

Qualification: Any graduation
Salary: For 3 months 15k & After 3 months 20-23K
